Are your creatures made from recycled/upcycled materials?

My creatures are created with a mixture of both new and recycled materials. I buy most of my furs/various fabrics brand new, but they are each stuffed with Poly-Fil, which is a high quality, hypoallergenic stuffing made entirely out of recycled materials. I also stuff each one with the fabrics scraps accumulated throughout the creation process. I try to be as waste free as possible, which is difficult to do. But I feel the less waste we have blowing in the wind, the better it is for us and the planet!

If my package gets stolen or lost in transit, what happens?

Unfortunately, since my pieces are one-of-a-kind and unique, I cannot give refunds for lost or stolen items. Please make sure you are responsibly providing a safe and secure location for your package to get sent to at check out. Double check your address please!! If this unfortunate event does occur, contact your local USPS office first to see if they can help you out.

Once the package lands at USPS Earth Wrinkles will not be responsible for it.

Do you accept returns and/or exchanges?

I do NOT accept returns/exchanges, but feel free to contact me for any issues or concerns with your order. I would love to work with you until we work out the kinks. The only exception for a return is if the item has not been shipped out yet and the cancellation of the order happens immediately after ordering. Once it has been marked shipped, the item cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged.

Do you sell your patterns/designs?

No, I do not. My patterns for my creatures are completely unique and original and I do not plan on producing patterns anytime soon.

What are the creatures designed for? Do they have an age limit?

The beauty of having this plush art medium is that it is inviting to anyone! Each creature is handcrafted for gentle play and moderate travel. They provide fantastic decorative elements to any interior design as well, which is my favorite aspect so they stay in great condition! I recommend these creatures for three years old and above. Even though the plastic safety eyes I use are securely locked and adhered onto the creature, it is still something to keep aware of when in the hands of toddlers.
